Gareth Jenkins

Business Manager - Senior Finance Interims

Gareth joined Wade Macdonald in April 2023, focusing on interim finance recruitment in Oxfordshire from newly qualified to CFO level.

Gareth began his recruitment career in 2004. During this time he has primarily focused on the recruitment of finance professionals and legal professionals for offshore law firms. He also qualified as an electrician and ran his own business whilst looking after his children. Gareth has an extensive network of finance professionals in the Thames Valley and he is enjoying re-establishing contact with them.

Working for Wade Macdonald has enabled Gareth to return to a job he loves, whilst still maintaining his childcare commitments due to the supportive and flexible hybrid working environment.

Outside of work, Gareth enjoys spending time with his children sailing, paddle boarding and camping. He runs a very active Scout troop teaching young people skills such as navigation, outdoor cookery and tomahawk throwing.
