The recruitment process

  • 01

    First introductions

    First contact with us is made. A specialist consultant will broadly discuss your background and what you are looking for. A meeting will be arranged and you will be asked to log into our compliance database to log RTW.

  • 02

    The Meeting

    Meeting with your consultant, discussing more in-depth details around your experience and the types of roles you are looking for. Actions will be agreed for how best to help you.

  • 03

    Open roles &
    client exposure

    Relevant jobs to your experience, skillset and what you're looking for will be discussed with you and your CV will be sent to organisations.

  • 04

    Interview stage

    Interviews will be arranged. Your consultant will fully brief you on the role, organisation and the people you are meeting. You will be sent an email with all details along with our interview best practice & tips.

  • 05

    Feedback stage

    Interview feedback will be swapped and this will hopefully result in a job offer. Your consultant will assist with offers, and if appropriate, your resignation and notice period.

  • 06

    Fresh start & aftercare

    You will start your role and receive regular aftercare from your consultant . If you should need our support again, you'll have our details and know the process! We're here to help.
