2024 REPORT - INCREASING NEURODIVERSE TALENT IN THE WORKPLACE - In a recent survey, 58% said they hadn't implemented any initiatives to attract neurodivergent talent. 23% of those said their company had no plans to either. 36% said they didn't consider any neurodiverse conditions when hiring and 32% said their onboarding support process for neurodivergent individuals was below adequate.
