About the Job
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join a friendly team of five on an initial three-month temporary contract. You will coordinate monthly payroll for 500–600 employees, working closely with an outsourced provider to ensure accurate, compliant and timely processing.
- Managing monthly payroll for 500–600 employees across the UK and Ireland.
- Liaising with outsourced payroll providers to ensure accurate, timely payments.
- Processing payroll changes, reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Using ADP to maintain payroll records and employee information.
- Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, pensions and statutory requirements.
- Administering employee benefits, including pensions and private healthcare.
- Handling payroll queries, reporting and supporting audits and process improvements.
About the Successful Applicant
You will have substantial hands-on payroll experience, ideally within a multi-entity organisation, and proven ADP experience is absolutely essential. Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, pensions and employee benefits is required, alongside excellent Excel skills.
