About the Job
A temporary opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a supportive HR team, providing key administrative support across the full employee life cycle. You’ll be responsible for coordinating documentation, managing personnel records, and handling payroll-related processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties will include:
- Drafting and issuing offer letters, contracts, handbooks, and changes to employment terms
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes for salaried employees
- Maintaining digital and physical personnel records using the HRIS
- Tracking and processing payroll changes, new starters, and leavers
- Supporting HR audits and compliance activities, including GDPR and Right to Work checks
- Collaborating with the Resourcing team to ensure accurate recruitment administration
- Assisting with general HR administration, reports and ad-hoc tasks
About the Successful Applicant
You’ll have prior HR administration experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment, with a confident understanding of the employee life cycle. You’ll be highly organised, discreet with sensitive data, and comfortable working with Excel and HRIS. Strong written communication skills and the ability to prioritise are key.
