About the Job
This is a hybrid administrative opportunity working closely with the People & Culture team to support a range of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding to benefits and learning and development, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a people-first service across the organisation.
Duties will include:
- Handling first-line queries via email, MS Teams, and the ticketing system
- Administering HR processes such as onboarding, job changes, leavers and family leave
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Supporting HRIS (Workday) data entry and updates
- Assisting with employee benefits administration and learning event logistics
- Contributing to internal reporting and HR projects
- Liaising with payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee changes
About the Successful Applicant
You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and you’ll demonstrate a proactive, discreet and collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
