About the Job

This senior-level opportunity calls for a strategic HR Business Partner to align human resources initiatives with business objectives across a global structure. Acting as a key member of the leadership team, you'll deliver both advisory support and practical HR solutions to senior stakeholders. You'll also be instrumental in driving engagement, managing change, and supporting scalable growth initiatives.

Duties will include:

  • Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategy with overall business goals.

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on all HR matters within the business unit.

  • Leading talent management planning, including succession and development strategies.

  • Delivering generalist HR initiatives across a wide geographical remit.

  • Driving data-informed HR practices and ensuring governance through regular audits and reporting.

  • Addressing complex employee relations issues and supporting grievance processes.

  • Enhancing workplace culture through improved communication, morale, and retention.

  • Overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and compensation and benefits programmes.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant international employment laws and company policies.
