About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis for an initial 3–6 month period. This role will suit someone with previous accounts experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
Duties will include:
- Reviewing invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy against billing instructions
- Sending invoices and associated documentation to clients via shared inboxes
- Maintaining and updating client account records
- Responding to finance-related queries and liaising with internal departments
- Managing incoming finance correspondence through shared mailboxes
- Supporting the wider finance team with additional administrative duties as required
About the Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within an accounts or finance environment, ideally with exposure to sales ledger processes and invoice coding. You will possess strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and a flexible, team-oriented approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively are essential.
