Group Financial Reporting Accountant / Statutory Reporting Lead - Interim

We are seeking a technically strong and commercially aware finance professional to join a dynamic and evolving organisation, offering exposure to complex reporting environments and high-impact projects.
The Opportunity
This role will take ownership of group consolidation and financial reporting within a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information, while supporting strategic initiatives and driving improvements across reporting processes, controls, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the group consolidation process and oversee monthly financial reporting
- Manage and enhance financial reporting controls, processes, and systems
- Oversee statutory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Provide technical accounting expertise across IFRS and US GAAP
- Support major business projects, including group restructures and divestments
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business
About You
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong technical accounting expertise
- Proven experience in group consolidation and statutory reporting
- Background working within large, complex organisations (listed or multinational preferred)
- Exposure to IFRS and US GAAP, including transitions between frameworks
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
