Rob Anderson

Director - Senior Finance

Rob heads up our Senior Finance Recruitment Team, bringing over 25 years of experience in the senior finance market across the Thames Valley and London. Our team collectively boasts over 100 years of experience, and Rob’s core belief has always remained consistent: treat everyone with respect and deliver a quality service with integrity.

Rob’s transparent, trust-based approach has built his reputation as a dedicated recruiter with an impressive track record, but more importantly, it has fostered strong, long-term relationships.

He remains passionate about recruitment, having navigated every type of market—booms, recessions, and even a pandemic. Through it all, he has provided consistent, personalised support to clients, candidates, and his teams.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys time with his wife and teenage children, playing football and golf, and has managed his local children’s football team for nearly 10 years. An avid music fan, he’d go anywhere, anytime to see The Cure live.
