About the Job
Reporting into the Group Financial Reporting Manager, this role sits within the Group Financial Reporting Team and plays a key part in statutory reporting, group consolidation, and ongoing improvements to financial processes. The position offers broad exposure across group finance, regular interaction with senior stakeholders, and involvement in a growing, complex organisation.
Duties will include:

Preparing statutory accounts and supporting audit processes across multiple jurisdictions

Producing disclosures, audit schedules, reconciliations, and year-end assessments

Supporting consolidated monthly management accounts and board reporting

Delivering quarterly financial reporting for lenders

Providing guidance and support to UK and European finance teams during month-end

Managing group holding company accounting, consolidations, and intercompany activity

Ensuring ongoing compliance with FRS 102 and contributing to process improvements

Preparing complex balance sheet reconciliations and supporting balance sheet reviews

Assisting with the implementation and use of Blackline reconciliation tools

Supporting budgeting processes and providing ad hoc technical accounting input
About the Successful Applicant
You will be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong Excel skills and a solid grounding in group reporting and consolidation. You will bring excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and the confidence to work to tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build effective relationships across finance and non-finance teams are essential.
