About the Job
This position plays a key role in supporting the sales order and finance functions, ensuring accurate processing, customer data management, and clear communication across departments. You will also be involved in resolving queries, maintaining ERP records, and contributing to operational efficiency. Fluency in either Dutch or Spanish is essential, as you will be supporting a multilingual customer base across various regions.

Duties will include:

  • Accurately processing incoming sales orders
  • Maintaining and updating customer data in the ERP system
  • Handling customer communications and resolving queries effectively
  • Liaising with finance, logistics, and project teams to support operations
  • Responding to helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Preparing monthly reports and sales order analysis

About the Successful Applicant
You will bring 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or finance support role, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in either Dutch or Spanish is essential, along with solid IT skills, experience using ERP systems, and a basic understanding of finance and order processing. A proactive and customer-focused approach is key to success in this role.
