Accounts Assistant (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) - Feltham (Office-based initially) £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

About the Job:
This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role will focus heavily on accounts payable processes, bank reconciliations, and payment runs, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the finance function.

Duties will include:

  • Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Preparing and executing regular payment runs
  • Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with month-end close activities
  • Ensuring all financial records are maintained and up to date
  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as required

About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an accounts payable-focused role, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. You will be confident handling high volumes of data, proficient in Excel, and comfortable working to deadlines. Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach are essential.
