After working together as Managers of a recruitment business in London, Philip and Dominic founded the company in February 1991. 30 years on and two recessions beaten, the company still stands, double its size.

It is the passion demonstrated by everybody that makes me proud to be a part of an organisation that has built a well-deserved unrivalled reputation for providing an honest, proactive and quality service.  Our ethos from the very beginning in 1991 has always been to make the recruitment process a personal experience always ensuring we respect, consult and listen to clients and applicants alike.
