As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Wade Macdonald, I specialise in permanent finance recruitment, with a particular focus on transactional finance and part-qualified accounting professionals.

I bring over eight years of recruitment experience, having worked across agency and internal recruitment as well as consultative sales. This varied background has given me a strong understanding of the recruitment process from different perspectives and reinforced the importance of building genuine, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

I enjoy taking the time to understand what people and businesses are looking to achieve, rather than simply focusing on the immediate vacancy. For me, good recruitment is about being approachable, knowledgeable and transparent, while providing a service that people genuinely value.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active at the gym, following football and cricket and travelling whenever I get the opportunity. I also enjoy eating out and spending time with friends and family.
