Harry McCaffrey

Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy and Finance

Harry joined Wade Macdonald in July 2023 as part of the Client Relationship team working under Ashley Page. Mid 2024, he moved over to the Accountancy & Finance team and now works alongside Keeley Hamblin covering permanent non-qualified and part-qualified roles in Transactional finance and Payroll.

Outgoing and talkative, Harry enjoys the range of conversations he has with clients and candidates. Taking on a new more client-based role upon joining presented new challenges to overcome, however he is enjoying the journey and personal development and this shows through his quick progression from Associate Client Executive to our Finance team.

Away from his desk you’ll find Harry playing darts and pool with colleagues during lunch. Away from the office, Harry enjoys travelling and would highly recommend a trip to Vietnam, where he spent his summer back in 2019. An avid sports fan, notably Arsenal FC and enjoys rugby, which he played throughout his youth. He also has some rather odd general knowledge that comes in handy at a pub quiz.
