Business Manager - Senior Finance

 

Nathan joined Wade Macdonald as Business Manager in April 2021.

Nathan recruits Senior Finance professionals throughout Oxfordshire from Newly Qualified to C-Suite level.

Nathan started his career in recruitment in 2010 and has worked for large and boutique recruitment businesses which has enabled him to support multiple companies over various sectors within Commerce & Industry and the Public Sector.

Nathan has partnered an extensive portfolio of clients and has established a strong network of high calibre candidates over the years. Nathan’s ethos and enjoyment working in recruitment is to build long lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike, with an honest, transparent and consultative approach.

Nathan feels that working at Wade Macdonald has been a breath of fresh air. Strong leadership, support, flexible working and an amazing team. Nathan feels that each and every team member adds their own qualities enabling WM to be so successful.

Outside of work, Nathan loves spending time with his two young children and working at WM allows him to have the flexibility to do this as well as having a successful career. Nathan is also a keen footballer (playing and watching) and an avid cook.
