Zoe Jones

Business Manager

Zoe joined Wade Macdonald in March 2018. Having not worked in the sector before, she wanted to try something outside of her comfort zone.

Zoe covers all transactional roles within the finance and accounting division, working alongside her colleagues providing solutions for temporary, interim and fixed term contracts across non-qualified finance professionals.

Since joining Wade Macdonald, Zoe has built some brilliant relationships with both her candidates and clients; including key organisations. She continues to successfully work with them, whilst also creating opportunities for her permanent counterparts. She has always had a good work ethic and this shines through in the comments that she receives from both businesses and individuals, many of who like to have lunch with her. She prides herself on knowing people and is able to offer trusted advice and guidance.

Zoe enjoys the support of management at Wade Macdonald coupled with the flexibility that the team are shown. She is an integral part of the team and really loves the social element within the business. "The team work well together and spend lots of time inside and out of work - this is something that I find really important."

Outside of work, Zoe enjoys spending time with friends and family. Throughout the week, she joins her family in various clubs where food and drink are often free flowing. She has the busiest schedule of us all but that's because she is a very sociable person who gets along with everyone. Her puppies Bella and Ernie are exceptionally spoilt as well.
