3-Month Temporary Assignment
Wade Macdonald are currently partnering with a well-established organisation within the Legal sector to recruit a Temporary Legal Cashier for an initial 3-month assignment based in Camberley. This role is ideal for an experienced Legal Cashier who can quickly integrate into a busy finance function and provide immediate support.

About the Role
The Legal Cashier will support the day-to-day running of the finance department, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in line with Solicitors Accounts Rules. The successful candidate will be confident working independently and capable of managing a varied workload within a fast-paced setting.
Duties will include:
- Processing client and office account transactions
- Managing daily banking activities and bank reconciliations
- Handling electronic payments, receipts, and transfers
- Supporting billing and invoice processing
- Allocating incoming funds and resolving account queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero
- Assisting with compliance and finance administration
- Liaising with internal teams regarding financial matters
About the Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have previous Legal Cashier experience and a strong understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules. Experience using Xero is essential. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively are also required.
