About the Job

The business is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist/Manager to support during a period of internal change. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing and provide payroll expertise.

 

Duties will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end monthly payroll process for approx. 600 employees
  • Working with a payroll provider to ensure accurate submissions
  • Acting as a point of contact for payroll queries across the business
  • Assisting with the implementation of a new HRIS system alongside the HR team
  • Liaising with both the Reward and HR to ensure smooth payroll operations
  • Overseeing compliance and reporting requirements
  • Maintaining clear documentation and process controls
  • Supporting other HR project work as needed

 

About the Successful Applicant

You will have proven experience managing standalone end-to-end payroll. A confident communicator, you’ll be comfortable working with third-party providers and internal stakeholders, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Experience with outsourced payroll and system transitions will be advantageous.
