About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities and projects. Working closely with an experienced HR team, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while also contributing to meaningful HR initiatives across the business.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding and contractual changes
  • Supporting recruitment coordination and candidate management
  • Contributing to HR projects such as performance management processes and policy updates
  • Assisting with absence tracking and helping improve related procedures
  • Supporting employee relations activities and documentation
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems, including HRIS data
  • Assisting with payroll-related administration and audits
  • Contributing to compliance activities including GDPR and internal policies
  • Supporting the development of internal communications such as newsletters
  • Assisting with induction processes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Providing general HR administrative support across multiple sites

About the Successful Applicant

You will have some prior HR administration experience or a strong interest in building a career in HR. Highly organised and detail-focused, you’ll be proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude are essential, along with a willingness to get involved in projects and support wider HR initiatives.
