Role Overview
The HR Advisor is responsible for delivering operational HR activities and initiatives across multiple business lines. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partners, the role provided professional consultancy services, supporting and advising on human resources activities both locally and internationally, covering the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Execute and deliver operational HR processes and procedures.

Support projects and key HR initiatives.

Serve as an advisory and escalation point for the HR Administrator.

Provide support and advice on HR activities across various business lines.
Candidate Requirements
-
CIPD qualification.

Significant generalist HR experience within a multi-site organisation.

Excellent communication and numerical skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands.
-
Experience in a global/international organization and case management is advantageous.
