About the Job

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will take ownership of financial control and reporting across five international legal entities. This is a broad leadership position combining technical accounting, financial governance, commercial insight and team management.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and Group Finance, ensuring robust financial processes while identifying opportunities to improve systems, controls and the effectiveness of the finance function.

  • Contributing to revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting and sales commission calculations.
  • Producing management reporting and meaningful analysis of performance against expectations.
  • Reviewing existing finance processes and controls to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and consistency.
  • Supporting the implementation and development of ERP, forecasting and wider finance systems.
  • Leading, coaching and developing members of the finance team.
  • Maintaining consistent financial governance across entities in the UK, US, Canada, Belgium and France.

About the Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) with strong IFRS knowledge, including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16, and experience within a multi-entity environment. You will bring proven financial control and reporting expertise alongside strong analytical, modelling and stakeholder management skills. Previous team leadership and experience improving finance processes, controls and systems will be important.

What You Will Receive in Return

This is an opportunity to take on a senior finance position within a sizeable international organisation, working closely with the Finance Director and stakeholders across several countries. You will gain broad exposure across financial control, reporting, systems and commercial finance, alongside the opportunity to develop a finance team and influence how the function operates as the organisation continues to grow.
