About the Job:
Reporting directly to the Group CEO and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, this is a high-impact role with strategic and operational responsibility across the finance function. You will lead financial direction, provide key decision support to regional directors, and ensure rigorous financial control across the UK and international operations.
Duties will include:

Leading financial strategy and direction for the executive leadership team

Oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple regions

Ownership of UK and overseas finance, including management of third-party providers

Preparation of management accounts and statutory reporting

Oversight of supplier payments, employee payroll, and foreign exchange processes

Collaboration with external advisors on year-end reporting and tax compliance

Enhancing accounting systems and financial controls

Cash flow management and timely financial analysis

Supporting and developing a small UK finance team

Participation in capital expenditure reviews and strategic planning
About the Successful Applicant:
You will have demonstrable experience managing the finances of a multi-currency group with revenues exceeding £10m. A professional accounting qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, or CIMA) is preferred. Strong people leadership skills and comfort operating at executive level are key. Familiarity with Sage 200, Xero, Unleashed, and excellent Excel proficiency will be beneficial.
