Their culture is rooted in respect, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in everything they do, with collaboration and accountability playing a central role in how teams work together.

About the Job

This is a senior finance role with full ownership of accounting, controlling, and statutory reporting across the UK and Ireland. Reporting into the Finance Director, the Finance & Controlling Manager will lead the finance function, strengthen controls and systems, and act as a key business partner to senior stakeholders while managing and developing a small finance team.

Duties will include:

  • Leading all financial accounting, controlling, and external reporting activities
  • Producing monthly management accounts and submitting group reporting to strict deadlines
  • Owning budgeting, forecasting, quarterly estimates, and annual planning processes
  • Managing statutory accounts, audits, and regulatory submissions
  • Acting as a senior bank and payment authoriser in line with delegated authority
  • Providing variance analysis, risk identification, and commercial insight to support decision-making
  • Developing finance systems, processes, and internal controls
  • Managing and mentoring finance team members, driving capability and performance
  • Partnering with the Finance Director on financial strategy and board-level support

About the Successful Applicant

You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least five years’ experience in a senior financial management role. You will have strong budgeting and forecasting expertise, advanced Excel skills, and experience within an international or multi-currency environment. A confident leader, you will combine technical accuracy with commercial insight and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.

What You Will Receive in Return

You will join a stable and well-structured organisation offering genuine autonomy, visibility at senior level, and the opportunity to shape finance processes across multiple entities. The role provides long-term progression, exposure to international stakeholders, and a supportive culture that values trust, collaboration, and professional development, alongside a competitive salary and benefits package.
