About the Job:
This Finance Business Partner position plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial insight, planning, and analysis to support informed decision-making across the organisation. Acting as a strategic partner to operational and commercial teams, the role will ensure accurate forecasting, robust performance tracking, and valuable financial support across a range of business initiatives.
Duties will include:

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across various business units

Providing financial insight to support commercial decisions, pricing strategies, and investment cases

Preparing accurate rolling forecasts covering revenue, margins, overheads, and cashflow

Leading the budgeting and reforecasting processes, ensuring alignment with operational assumptions

Producing financial dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership

Supporting the production of clear and concise analysis for Executive and Board reporting

Collaborating with the wider finance team to enhance planning tools, data integrity, and reporting structures

Driving improvements in reporting accuracy and consistency between management and statutory accounts
About the Successful Applicant:
You will be a finalist / qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with a strong background in management accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance. You’ll bring advanced Excel and modelling skills, experience with ERP/reporting tools such as NetSuite or Power BI, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
