Finance Business Partner £55,000 - £60,000 plus bonus – Maidenhead (Hybrid Working)

About the Job:
This Finance Business Partner position plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial insight, planning, and analysis to support informed decision-making across the organisation. Acting as a strategic partner to operational and commercial teams, the role will ensure accurate forecasting, robust performance tracking, and valuable financial support across a range of business initiatives.

Duties will include:

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across various business units

  • Providing financial insight to support commercial decisions, pricing strategies, and investment cases

  • Preparing accurate rolling forecasts covering revenue, margins, overheads, and cashflow

  • Leading the budgeting and reforecasting processes, ensuring alignment with operational assumptions

  • Producing financial dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership

  • Supporting the production of clear and concise analysis for Executive and Board reporting

  • Collaborating with the wider finance team to enhance planning tools, data integrity, and reporting structures

  • Driving improvements in reporting accuracy and consistency between management and statutory accounts

About the Successful Applicant:
You will be a finalist / qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with a strong background in management accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance. You’ll bring advanced Excel and modelling skills, experience with ERP/reporting tools such as NetSuite or Power BI, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
