Finance Business Partner
Location: Hybrid – 3 days office-based, 2 days working from home
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 per annum

About the Job:
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this role will play a key part in delivering financial insight and strategic guidance across product areas. You will act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders and provide valuable commercial support that drives business performance and long-term planning.

Duties will include:

  • Producing business cases and investment appraisals to support strategic decisions
  • Partnering with senior leadership, providing commercial insight and challenge
  • Leading financial interface for Portfolio, Marketing, and Fleet functions
  • Managing monthly forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis for P&L and capex
  • Supporting operational and commercial delivery of targets
  • Applying and enhancing analytical models to aid decision-making
  • Conducting performance reviews of product contracts
  • Identifying risks and opportunities across your remit
  • Supporting the Head of Commercial Finance with ad hoc analysis and reporting

About the Successful Applicant:
You will be a qualified accountant with at least three years’ post-qualification experience and a strong background in finance business partnering. You’ll be commercially minded, confident with data analysis and modelling, and capable of communicating complex information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, along with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
