  • Managing the budgeting and reforecasting cycles across the division
  • Providing financial modelling and commercial input on bids, including NPV and cash flow analysis
  • Supporting decision-making through analysis of KPIs, trends, and cost drivers
  • Reviewing and challenging accounting judgements, with a strong grasp of IFRS 15
  • Line management of one direct report, offering coaching and development
  • Partnering with cost centre managers to analyse spend and influence behavioural change

About the Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience in financial business partnering at a senior level. Confident and resilient, you’re comfortable influencing stakeholders across all levels and have strong commercial awareness. Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting is essential, alongside strong Excel skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Navision, Jet, and BI tools would be advantageous.

What You Will Receive in Return

You’ll join a supportive and forward-thinking organisation that offers genuine opportunities for career progression and professional development. Benefits include private medical and dental cover, life insurance, company events, enhanced pension, and flexible hybrid working. Free parking is also available on-site.
