About the Job:
A permanent opportunity to support commercial objectives through insightful analysis and strategic business partnering. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders across departments such as Marketing and HR, providing financial guidance to support planning, performance, and key investment decisions.

Duties will include:

  • Producing monthly performance reports, analysing results and offering clear commentary
  • Leading the forecasting and planning processes to align with operational targets
  • Supporting quarterly commercial reviews with actionable insights
  • Preparing and evaluating business cases, including scenario modelling and investment appraisal
  • Tracking key project cashflows and highlighting risks or opportunities
  • Acting as a finance partner to functional teams, particularly HR and Marketing
  • Supporting the optimisation of cost cap resource allocation
  • Developing and improving financial models to support strategic initiatives

About the Successful Applicant:
You will have at least two years’ experience in a financial or management accounting role, with strong skills in Excel and ideally knowledge of Power BI. You’ll be confident working independently, managing multiple priorities, and translating complex data for non-financial stakeholders. Part-qualified or working towards a professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) is essential.
