About the Job
This hybrid position combines finance administration with office management responsibilities, supporting both day-to-day financial processes and the smooth running of the office environment. You will work closely with a small, supportive team and play a key role in ensuring both financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Duties will include:
- Managing credit control and bank reconciliations
- Processing supplier and customer invoices
- Maintaining accurate financial data entry
- Supporting compliance processes across the office
- Conducting routine office checks and coordinating facility testing
- Organising internal meetings and preparing meeting rooms
- Providing general administrative support and handling ad hoc office tasks
About the Successful Applicant
You’ll be a proactive and dedicated team player with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in administrative duties is desirable. A supportive attitude and willingness to get involved across a range of tasks will be key to thriving in this role. Access to a car would be helpful due to the office location.
