Working closely with the Group Finance Manager, this role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of financial processes across the business.
Duties will include:
- Inputting data accurately
- Processing invoices
- Chasing purchase orders to ensure timely processing
- Processing timesheets
- Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties
About the Successful Applicant
This role would suit someone starting their career in finance or someone with previous experience in a Administration role looking for a next step. You’ll need excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities. Intermediate Excel skills and previous experience in Sage would be beneficial but is not essential for the role.
