Commercial Finance Business Partner – Revenue
Location: South Oxfordshire (On site)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + benefits

About the Job:
This is a key role within the finance team, supporting a range of revenue-generating departments and helping shape strategic commercial decisions. You will provide insightful analysis, forecasting, and business case modelling across multiple high-profile projects. Working closely with functional leaders, you will support performance tracking and identify opportunities to enhance profitability and resource allocation.

Duties will include:

  • Leading month-end revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity for key stakeholders

  • Delivering financial planning and forecasting aligned to business objectives

  • Preparing and presenting quarterly commercial reviews to senior stakeholders

  • Building business cases, conducting scenario analysis and investment appraisals

  • Monitoring project cashflows and driving commercial accountability

  • Partnering with profit centres across multiple revenue streams

  • Supporting cost optimisation initiatives in line with organisational performance goals

  • Developing and maintaining key financial models and dashboards

About the Successful Applicant:
You will be a fully qualified accountant with at least two years' experience in a finance business partnering or similar role. You will have strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a background in budgeting, forecasting, and investment appraisal. A commercial mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential.
