About the Job

This is a short-term, full-time temporary role supporting the finance team with daily transactional processing and general finance administration. The position is focused on accounts payable and is ideal for someone with previous finance experience who can step in and add immediate value during a busy period.

Duties will include:

  • Processing supplier invoices and preparing payment runs.
  • Managing accounts payable queries and maintaining supplier records.
  • Reconciling statements and assisting with general purchase ledger tasks.
  • Supporting bank reconciliations and ensuring petty cash records are accurate.
  • Assisting with spreadsheet updates and general administrative duties in the finance team.
  • Providing support to colleagues during peak finance periods.

About the Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have experience in a finance or accounts payable role, be confident using Excel, and able to manage their workload effectively. They will be organised, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running in a collaborative environment.
