About the Job
A great opportunity to support the finance function of a well-established organisation. Reporting to the Head of Finance and working closely with HR and Payroll, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts, assisting across various finance tasks, and contributing to the team’s collective success.

Duties will include:
•    Maintaining daily records for accounts receivable and payable
•    Monitoring credit card transactions and resolving discrepancies
•    Compiling financial data for direct debit collections
•    Supporting the sales ledger and credit control functions
•    Resolving member account queries in line with internal policies
•    Organising financial files and ensuring proper archival procedures
•    Assisting with ad-hoc finance projects and reports
•    Contributing to the audit preparation process
•    Supporting wider finance team responsibilities as required

About the Successful Applicant
You will bring intermediate Excel skills including functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables, with a proactive and hands-on approach to work. Strong communication abilities and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to work effectively within a team and manage tasks to deadline.
