A note from the Founders...
"Wade Macdonald was founded in February 1991 with the intention to be markedly different from most recruitment companies at the time. This included our core philosophy of treating everyone with respect whether they be a candidate, a client or an employee (after all clients become candidates and vice versa) and approaching the whole process of recruitment with a healthy sense of humour. Honesty and integrity are also essential attributes in all dealings with people regardless of their status as a candidate, client or employee. These beliefs have stood us in good stead over the years as they have fundamentally helped to build strong and enduring relationships which are essential in establishing and maintaining a successful recruitment business.
It is also the case that we strive to offer an enjoyable working environment where people feel supported, valued, nurtured and empowered. Ideas are encouraged and the rewards of a successful career with the company can be generous. All managers and directors operate an “open door” policy and all staff should feel free to discuss anything with management.
After more than a quarter of a century, it is safe to say that our values have seen us successfully weather some difficult times over the years having overcome a number of recessions and adverse world events.
