About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join a small team on a part-time basis. Working closely with the Payroll Manager and colleagues across Finance and HR, you will help ensure accurate, compliant and efficient payroll administration throughout the employee lifecycle.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the accurate and timely delivery of UK payroll processes
  • Managing payroll activities relating to starters, leavers and employee changes
  • Ensuring payroll calculations and administration comply with current UK legislation
  • Administering pension-related processes and maintaining accurate records
  • Working closely with HR and Finance colleagues to resolve payroll queries and discrepancies
  • Checking payroll information and supporting the completion of regular payroll cycles
  • Maintaining accurate employee and payroll data
  • Providing knowledgeable payroll support to employees and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting the Payroll Manager with wider payroll activities as required

About the Successful Applicant

You will have proven UK payroll experience, including a sound understanding of relevant legislation and essential pensions administration knowledge.
