About the Job
A standalone Payroll and Benefits position has become available on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role is hybrid, with two days based in their Heathrow office and three days working from home. The successful candidate will manage UK payroll for around 350 employees and also handle Republic of Ireland payroll responsibilities, alongside coordinating various employee benefits.
Duties will include:

Managing end-to-end UK payroll processing (c.350 employees) and Republic of Ireland payroll

Ensuring full compliance with PAYE regulations and statutory requirements including SSP, SMP, SPP, and auto-enrolment

Using ADP systems to process payroll accurately and on time

Administering employee benefits such as company pensions, medical cover, and car fleet schemes

Liaising with third-party providers for benefits and ensuring smooth communication

Handling payroll queries and producing necessary payroll reports
About the Successful Applicant
You will have at least five years' experience in payroll, including processing UK payroll autonomously. A solid understanding of statutory deductions and benefits administration is essential, along with proficiency in using payroll systems such as ADP. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with external providers are key.
