Rate: £300 - £400 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 2-Month Interim Assignment

About the Job

We are recruiting for an Interim FP&A Manager to take ownership of financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting processes. Working closely with senior leadership, you will provide meaningful financial insight, support strategic initiatives and help drive informed business decisions during this interim period.

Duties will include:

  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting activities across the organisation.
  • Delivering insightful management information and performance analysis to senior stakeholders.
  • Developing and enhancing financial models to support strategic planning and commercial decisions.
  • Producing detailed variance analysis, KPI reporting and executive-level reporting packs.
  • Identifying financial risks, opportunities and key performance drivers.
  • Supporting investment appraisals, business cases and scenario planning exercises.
  • Working with leadership teams to provide actionable financial insight.
  • Reviewing and improving reporting processes, systems and planning capabilities.
  • Assisting with the implementation and optimisation of financial planning tools where required.

About the Successful Applicant

You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling. You will have the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders, possess excellent analytical skills and be comfortable working independently within a fast-paced environment. Experience with FP&A systems, reporting tools and ERP platforms is highly desirable.
