About the Job

As Human Resources Director, you will take ownership of the organisation's people agenda, combining strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of HR operations. • Ensuring HR systems, reporting and people data provide accurate insight to support workforce and business decisions.
  • Developing strong relationships across the organisation and with relevant external stakeholders.
  • Leading, developing and motivating the HR and training teams, ensuring consistently high standards of service and delivery.
