About the Job
This position supports the Head of HR in delivering the people strategy and a range of HR initiatives. The role spans operational and strategic areas across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, family leave, policy guidance, and supporting employee engagement activities.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with delivery of HR projects and preparation of materials for governance reporting
- Coordinating onboarding for new starters, interns, and graduates
- Supporting the administration of family leave and maintaining HR templates and records
- Responding to employee queries on policy, benefits, and employment matters
- Contributing to employee relations activity and coordinating investigations
- Recommending improvements across HR processes and systems
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and accurate HR data management
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a confident communicator with strong organisation and analytical skills, capable of managing HR tasks with precision. You’ll bring experience working in HR, ideally within a professional services environment, and be comfortable handling sensitive data. A CIPD Level 3 qualification would be beneficial.
