About the Successful Applicant
You will have at least two years’ experience in talent acquisition within professional services or a relevant agency background. Comfortable managing multiple vacancies, you will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools is advantageous, alongside the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

 

About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a variety of mid-level roles, supporting multiple business areas. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, driving effective hiring strategies while ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of professional and corporate roles
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels including direct search, job boards, and agencies
  • Screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through to offer stage
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, providing market insights and hiring advice
  • Supporting recruitment processes across multiple offices, ensuring consistency
  • Maintaining accurate data within the applicant tracking system and improving processes
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and promoting inclusive hiring practices
  • Assisting with onboarding processes, including offer management and pre-employment checks
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as HR, IT, and Marketing
