Financial Accountant
Location: Uxbridge – Hybrid (3 days office-based)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + benefits

About the Job
This is a key opportunity for a Qualified Financial Accountant to join a collaborative and highly skilled Group Reporting team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in producing timely and accurate monthly and year-end financial reports, supporting both statutory reporting and internal business decision-making.
Duties will include:
- Managing month-end processes including trial balance postings and intercompany reconciliations
- Overseeing accounts for in-house entities through to trial balance
- Preparing VAT-equivalent reports for overseas entities and liaising with external advisors
- Producing financial reports and analysis to support internal stakeholders
- Supporting year-end processes including audit responses and reconciliations
- Handling currency transfers and forecasting future cash requirements
- Providing cover for Sales & Revenue and Assistant Accountant roles during absence
- Assisting with documentation for legal entities and balance sheet reviews
- Supporting adherence to financial regulations across the group
- Carrying out various ad hoc tasks as required
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA), ideally with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, and a background in an operational finance team. A strong understanding of technical accounting (FRS), excellent Excel skills, and experience with multi-entity or international accounting are all desirable. A working knowledge of SunSystems or InforQ&A would be advantageous.
