About the Job
This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing the finance function and supporting senior leadership with timely and accurate financial reporting. With one direct report, the role offers a balance of hands-on operational work and broader financial oversight.
Duties will include:
- Leading the month-end close process and preparing management accounts
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations and providing variance analysis
- Maintaining internal financial controls and managing the audit process
- Overseeing daily cashflow and working capital
- Monitoring accounts receivable activity and credit management
- Coordinating the annual budgeting process and delivering quarterly forecasts
- Staying current with financial regulations and ensuring ongoing compliance
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least five years’ experience in financial management. You’ll have strong technical skills, be confident working independently, and be capable of managing both transactional and strategic responsibilities under pressure.
