About the Job
Reporting to the Management Accountant and working within a close-knit finance team, this role supports the production of timely, accurate financial information for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for transactional finance processes, month-end activities, and ad hoc reporting.
Duties will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and managing finance inboxes
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
- Managing accruals and prepayments at month end
- Ensuring VAT compliance on all invoicing
- Processing intercompany transactions and utility invoices
- Overseeing company credit cards and expense claims
- Supporting audits and year-end reporting
About the Successful Applicant
You’ll bring experience supporting a finance team and working with accounting systems, ideally including Sage. With strong Excel skills and excellent communication, you’ll be detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative. A desire to grow within the role and take on further responsibilities as the organisation evolves is essential.
