Expenses Administrator - Temp to Perm - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum - Theale (Hybrid)
 

Expenses Administrator needed urgently to join a small team in Theale on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in processing expenses and is looking to grow their career in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, process, and validate employee expense claims in line with company policies
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring prompt and accurate reimbursement
  • Support employees with expense system queries and provide guidance on policy compliance
  • Liaise with internal departments and external providers as needed
  • Assist with month-end reporting and audits related to travel and expenses

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an expenses or finance administration role
  • Strong understanding of expense policies and HMRC guidelines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using expense management systems (e.g. Concur, SAP, or similar)
  • Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
