Expenses Administrator - Temp to Perm - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum - Theale (Hybrid)
Expenses Administrator needed urgently to join a small team in Theale on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in processing expenses and is looking to grow their career in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, process, and validate employee expense claims in line with company policies
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring prompt and accurate reimbursement
- Support employees with expense system queries and provide guidance on policy compliance
- Liaise with internal departments and external providers as needed
- Assist with month-end reporting and audits related to travel and expenses
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an expenses or finance administration role
- Strong understanding of expense policies and HMRC guidelines
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using expense management systems (e.g. Concur, SAP, or similar)
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
