About the Job
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to take ownership of customer accounts across the UK and wider EMEA region. The role involves managing credit risk, ensuring timely collections, and supporting the Credit Manager with reporting and analysis.

Duties will include:

  • Chasing overdue payments via phone and email while maintaining accurate records
  • Resolving invoice disputes and performing account reconciliations
  • Setting and reviewing credit limits, considering customer payment history and credit reports
  • Managing credit holds and processing sales orders over limit
  • Keeping bad debt provisions and overdue balances within group targets
  • Processing credit card payments securely in line with company policy
  • Supporting the Credit Manager during month-end reporting cycles

About the Successful Applicant
You will have at least three years’ experience in credit control, with strong Excel and communication skills. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing international accounts. The ability to speak European language would be beneficial but is not required.
