About the Job
Reporting to the EMEA Tax Manager, this Corporate Tax Accountant position will form part of a global team and provide broad exposure to corporate and international tax matters across multiple European jurisdictions. The role covers corporate tax compliance, tax provisioning, transfer pricing and developing international tax requirements, alongside supporting Finance and Operational stakeholders on tax-related matters.

Duties will include:

  • Overseeing corporate tax compliance activities across EMEA, including tax payments, returns and liaison with external tax advisers.
  • Supporting corporate tax audits and responding to tax compliance requirements across European jurisdictions.
  • Reviewing intercompany transactions and associated accounting entries.
  • Preparing fixed asset and capital allowance information and working with external advisers to optimise available claims.
  • Coordinating quarterly and year-end tax provisioning across EMEA and monitoring effective tax rates.
  • Reviewing tax calculations, reconciling tax-related balance sheet accounts and maintaining appropriate supporting documentation.
  • Preparing tax disclosures for UK and overseas financial statements where required.
  • Supporting transfer pricing compliance, including BEPS requirements and documentation in accordance with OECD and UK guidance.

About the Successful Applicant
You will ideally hold a degree in Tax or Accounting alongside an ATT, CTA or ACCA qualification. You should bring around three to five years of relevant corporate tax experience. Strong tax accounting knowledge, attention to detail, communication and organisational skills are important, alongside the confidence to work independently and collaborate effectively across international teams.
