Ryan would without a doubt be THE contact I'd reach out to if I ever decided it was time for a change. He was amazing throughout the process and love his approach to maybe different roles an individual could consider/ fit. That is how I have landed where I am currently and am loving it. I can only thank him for introducing a role which I would possibly have never possibly considered.
