As a Recruitment Consultant at Wade Macdonald, I specialise in supporting HR professionals with their career journeys and helping organisations find the right HR talent for their teams.

I have a degree in HR Management from Royal Holloway University, and while I enjoyed the breadth of HR, I realised that my real interest lay in helping HR professionals develop their careers rather than pursuing a traditional HR career myself. Recruitment gives me the opportunity to combine that knowledge with my passion for working with people.

Having studied HR, I understand the expectations HR professionals have when working with a recruiter. Customer service, transparency and honest communication are incredibly important to me, and I take the time to understand what both candidates and clients are looking to achieve. My aim is to build genuine, long-term relationships and provide a recruitment experience that people value and trust.

Outside of work, I’m a keen runner and have completed a couple of half marathons. I also enjoy playing chess and travelling, whether that’s exploring Thailand or ticking off more European capital cities.
