Jodie Hayden

Senior Recruitment Consultant - HR Division

Jodie joined us back in 2022.

As a specialist in permanent HR recruitment, Jodie is committed to supporting the Thames Valley community, where she has lived her entire life. She works closely with both clients and candidates to help build successful HR teams and foster meaningful careers.

Jodie’s approach is straightforward: she genuinely cares about the people she works with and is dedicated to offering real, practical support. For candidates, she provides tailored assistance with CV refinement, interview preparation, and LinkedIn optimisation to help them make the best impression. Jodie also has strong ties with the local CIPD and enjoys connecting with HR professionals across the region through networking events—or over a good ‘tea’ chat, as she prefers tea to coffee!

Beyond recruitment, Jodie brings a lot of energy and fun to the office. She’s the team’s “social secretary,” coordinating events and keeping spirits high. Known for her sense of humour and love of music, Jodie can often be heard singing around the office—though her colleagues sometimes wish she’d keep it to herself! A former football player for Caversham, she is now a regular at the gym. Jodie amuses the team with her unique habit of getting famous sayings just slightly wrong, adding an extra touch of humour to the day.
