Jodie Hayden

Recruitment Consultant

Jodie joined Wade Macdonald in 2022 to join our expanding HR recruitment team.

Previously to working with us, Jodie had spent 5 years working in childcare. This is particularly useful as it has taught her patience – which is needed with a large number of the wider team at Wade Macdonald.

Jodie enjoys meeting HR professionals face-to-face, having a keen interest in their roles, motivations and generally the local businesses.

Outside of work she is a key player in the Caversham Goats football team, enjoys the gym, hot holidays and like most recruitment professionals, some time relaxing in the pub!
